Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, giving a sense of history from its plantation origins. However, the room's proximity to busy areas like staff offices and the lobby didn't offer the most peaceful atmosphere during our stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quirky design of the room, especially the low level windows and individual touch. The marble bath, super-comfortable bed, private terrace, and lounge area were superb in every detail. However, the room was small but cozy with unique features.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although modern and well-heated, were not to my liking with huge glass slabs in the shower. The proximity to the reception desk and main entrance created a noisy environment due to the restaurant/bar below. However, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Granada's attractions, although the Alhambra requires a taxi ride. The rooms are nicely appointed with great showers but being partially below ground level might not suit everyone. The service is courteous and helpful, especially in arranging local experiences. The dining options could be better, leaning more towards a three-star experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to most places of interest. Facilities are functional, but there are some temperature control issues.
I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious but lacked proper storage and had poor air conditioning. On the bright side, I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite with a giant private balcony at no extra cost. The service was top-notch, making my 5-day stay pleasant. The location was convenient, though not the most picturesque. Dining was average compared to other hotels I've visited. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers decent value for money.
